General Use

This website provides information about our premium cat care products and B2B manufacturing services.
The content on this site, including the high-end UI/UX design, branding, and product descriptions, is the property of NuraPets and its digital partners.
Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages or be a criminal offense.

Retail Sales (B2C)

Pricing: All retail prices are listed in GBP (£).
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability or errors in pricing/description.
Payment: Secure payments are processed at the time of purchase for all consumer transactions.

B2B & Manufacturing (Wholesale)

Service Scope: Our B2B services include OEM/ODM manufacturing, custom packaging, and global logistics from our facility in Qingdao, China.
Verified Profile: Our factory status is verified via our Made-in-China.com audited supplier profile.
Inquiries: B2B inquiries made via the /b2b-wholesale portal do not constitute a binding contract until a formal production agreement is signed.
Confidentiality: All custom packaging designs and private label specifications provided by clients are treated as strictly confidential.

Intellectual Property

The LogicCraftIT developed interface, including specific hex-code brand accents (#FB3F6C, #EF4444) and hexagonal grid elements, are protected design assets.
Users may not reproduce, duplicate, or copy any material from NuraPets for commercial purposes without express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

NuraPets shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products if used outside of their intended pet hygiene purposes.
While we strive for 100% server-level speed and uptime, we are not responsible for temporary site unavailability due to technical maintenance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom for retail transactions and international trade laws for B2B manufacturing agreements.
